What do you expect in Kids BJJ class
Our primary objective is to cultivate personal resilience and mental maturity in children through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
We deliberately place students in physically challenging positions to teach them emotional composure, critical thinking, and perseverance, all within an engaging and enjoyable training environment. Our curriculum emphasizes safe, non-striking techniques that prioritize tactical control and positioning. Ultimately, our training ensures that children have fun while learning to approach obstacles as strategic puzzles solved through technique rather than force.

BJJ training requires children to stay focused during classes, follow instructions, and develop discipline. This can translate to improved focus and self-control in other areas of their lives, such as schoolwork.
Discipline and Focus
BJJ is a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular health. This can help kids develop healthy habits and maintain a physically active lifestyle.
Physical Fitness
While the primary focus of BJJ is not on violence, the techniques learned can provide children with practical self-defense skills, which can be valuable in certain situations.
Self-Defence
The grappling aspects of BJJ can teach children how to manage their emotions, such as dealing with frustration or anxiety in a constructive manner.
