What We Offer

BJJ Gi Class

Typically, each class begins with a warm-up, followed by drilling fundamental techniques, and concludes with live sparring rounds. The atmosphere is usually collaborative, fostering an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and uplifting one another during their learning journey.

BJJ Gi Basic Class

In the class, students focus on fundamental skills such as stances, grips, and basic submissions. Safety protocols and etiquette are also emphasized to ensure a respectful training environment. Importantly, beginners learn about leverage and body mechanics, critical for successful performance in BJJ.

BJJ No-Gi Class

Our no-gi class focuses on grappling techniques without gi. Participants wear rash guards and shorts, learning essential skills like escapes, submissions, and positional control. The class emphasizes speed and fluidity, adapting techniques for a faster-paced environment while fostering effective self-defense skills.

Just like the gi basic class, the no-gi basic class serves as a fundamental introduction for those new to grappling or interested in the no-gi format. It covers core BJJ principles, but the techniques are tailored for no-gi situations.

Kids BJJ Class

Kids classes offer a fun and safe space for children to learn BJJ. Through age-appropriate techniques and games, kids can develop discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills, while also promoting teamwork and respect for others. More

Kids Judo Class

Kids Judo class offers children a chance to learn the traditional Japanese martial art. They develop skills in throws, falls, and groundwork, while fostering discipline, respect, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Sparring

The sparring sessions are structured to ensure safety, with students adhering to the rules and etiquette of BJJ. Instructors may provide guidance, feedback, and adjustments to the students' techniques and approaches during the live rolling.

Open Mat

Open Mat is an unstructured training session where practitioners of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu come together to spar, practice techniques, and exchange knowledge in a collaborative and informal setting, typically without structured instruction.

We offer personalized instruction tailored to individual needs and goals. Students receive one-on-one attention from an experienced instructor, allowing for focused skill development, technique refinement, and strategic insights.
